To do so, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order stating your reason and the item(s) you wish to return.
From there, we will provide instructions on how to return your order along with a complimentary FedEx return label which will be sent to you via email.
Packages must be postmarked within 7 days of contacting us in order to qualify for refund or exchange. If the parcel is not postmarked within seven days, we cannot process a refund or exchange.
*Please note that we will only accept returns or exchanges for items bought online at allenschwartz.com. Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores must be returned/exchanged to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

Once the merchandise has been returned in its original condition, your refund/credit will be processed within 7 business days. If a refund is due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
Please note that the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they receive the information from us.
Final approval on all returns and exchanges will be made solely at our discretion.
