Packages must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date in order to receive a full refund. Orders received within 30 days of the delivery date are eligible for store credit.
Once we receive a return, we will inspect it to make sure there are no damages. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and unused to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores must be returned/exchanged to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

Once the merchandise has been returned in its original condition, your refund/credit will be processed within 7 business days. If a refund is due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
Please note that the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they receive the information from us.
