We offer free shipping on all orders.
All orders placed after 12/20/18 will ship on 12/26/18.
All orders placed before 12PM PST will be processed that day. Any order placed after 12PM PST will be fulfilled the following day. All orders placed after 12PM PST on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Please note that we require a signature upon delivery on orders over $600.
US RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns are eligible for a refund if a return request is submitted within 14 days of the order date. Returns requests submitted after the 14 day window are eligible for store credit or exchange up to 30 days after the original order date.
We offer free returns on all US orders. You will receive a pre-paid return shipping label to your email after submitting your return request.
All returns must be unworn, unwashed and unused to be eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange. All items must have original tags attached to be eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange.
Please note that we will only accept returns or exchanges for items bought online at allenschwartz.com. Merchandise purchased from other retailers are subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
We offer free shipping worldwide. All orders will be delivered within 4-7 days.
All duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout. You will have the option to pay duties and taxes at checkout or upon your order arrival. If you choose to pay upon arrival, you are liable for all duties and taxes billed by the destination country's customs department. If you choose to pay at checkout, there will be no additional fees when you receive your order.
For returns outside the US, please initiate a return request and ship back to us using a courier of your choice.
