All orders placed before 12PM PST will be processed that day. Any order placed after 12PM PST will be fulfilled the following day. All orders placed after 12PM PST on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Full priced items are eligible for a refund if a return request is submitted within 14 days of the order date. Return requests submitted after the 14 day window are eligible for store credit or exchange up to 30 days after the original order date.  

All marked down items (example: $100 $200) are final sale.

We offer free returns on all full price US orders. You will receive a pre-paid return shipping label to your email after submitting your return request.

All returns must be unworn, unwashed and unused to be eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange. All items must have original tags attached to be eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange.

Please note that we will only accept returns or exchanges for items bought online at allenschwartz.com. Merchandise purchased from other retailers are subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
